Is a soft serve machine good for açaí bowls?
Yes — if you want fast service, a consistent swirl, and lower labor per order versus blending each bowl to order.
Soft serve shines in high-traffic locations where speed matters, and it gives you a signature presentation that scoop-and-serve can't match.
