Raquell leads the vision, brand, strategy, finances, and business development behind the scenes, shaping Hyper Açaí into a growing Canadian brand rooted in authenticity and purpose.

Raquell made Canada home over a decade ago and has always carried a strong connection to the culture and flavours she grew up with in Brazil. A mother of two boys, she believes that tropical fruits— nutritious, vibrant, and full of life — deserve a place on Canadian tables.

There's a thread that runs through everything Fernando does: energy, discipline, and an unshakeable drive to show up fully, whether on the mats or in the boardroom.

He leads operations, procurement, and sales and is the engine that keeps the business moving.

Fernando has climbed açaí palm trees in northern Brazil himself, and we carry a deep respect for the land and for the communities that harvest these fruits every day with their hands and hearts.

A purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and on his way to black, Fernando lives by the values the sport demands: persistence and resilience. Those same values shaped his career in business and sales, and now fuel a company built from real passion and authenticity. 

Helen focuses on the customer experience at Hyper Açaí, ensuring every relationship is built with intention and care. Since joining the company in 2025, she supports client relationships, daily operations, and clear communication.

Helen is an International Business Administration graduate in Canada with over 5 years of experience in business administration in fast-paced environments, specializing in project coordination, operations, and client relationship management.
